A good friend Hello world, first I would like to thank each indivisual who has the mental capacity to uplift their own spirit including those around them through bodybuilding and other fitness related activities. My name is Cedric Booker but feel free to call me Stone, my nickname for years. I was born in Los Angeles, California but have resided in Tacoma, WA for many years. I am 6'4" currently weighing 216 pounds and incorporate the mind body and spiritual aspects to build the ultimate physique. Due to the fact that I am in incarcerated which means the highest grade of industrial equipment, nutrition and supplements aren't available, I continue to strive with the knowledge that empowers me to attain and maintain a superior appearance. My main focus is to network with others who have the same desire and passion to transform their bodies by providing the fundamentals to improve the quality of a healthier lifestyle.
